St. Louis (KSDK) - On Saturday the St. Louis Rams are launching a new community outreach program to unite two high school football teams from different backgrounds to foster a better understanding and respect for each other.

Rams Blitz: Youth Working Together to Break Through Boundaries will unite 130 players from Parkway North High School and Seckman Senior High School for activities throughout the 2012-2013 school year.

The first meeting will be Saturday from 2:30 p.m. at ContinuityX Training Center, the facility where the St. Louis Rams practice, and the student athletes will participate in character development, teamwork, collaboration, and communication activities.

Former Rams players Pisa Tinoisamoa and Arlen Harris will speak at the event.
