Manchester, MO (KSDK) - The Manchester Police Department says dozens of victims have come forward since NewsChannel 5 first reported on a teen boy charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Joshua Witkowski of Winchester was charged Tuesday after DNA evidence linked him to the crime.
Sgt. Dan Rehm with the Manchester Police Department says several of the new victims are filing reports, and they are working with other departments where the alleged crimes were committed and are seeking warrants in other cases.
He says most of the girls told police they were approached by 19-year-old Witkowski through Facebook, though some met him through mutual friends.
Witkowski was taken to the St. Louis County Jail and held on a $15,000 bond.
Anyone who may have been a victim of Witkowski's should contact the Manchester Police Department at 636-227-1410.
