How to get a child to take a flu shot

St. Louis (KSDK) - We're at the start of cold and flu season, and this year the flu vaccine is recommended for everyone over six months.

So how can you prepare a child for a flu shot, and just how effective is the needle-less alternative called flu-mist?

Pam Breitweiser with the Visiting Nurse Association, also known as the VNA, joined us for First @ 4 to talk about what you need to know when it comes to flu shots.
