ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Charges have been filed against a St. Louis man accused of murdering a teen girl.
Richard Charles Reynolds, 25, has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, and two counts of armed criminal action.
Reynolds is accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Aniya Cook.
Cook and a friend were in the 5100 block of Highland on July 31 when police say Reynolds, acting with others, waited for the two to return to their car.
Once Cook and her friend got into the vehicle, police say Reynolds fired shots into the car.
Cook was struck in the face and died from her injuries.
