JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missourians who underwent home foreclosures from 2008 through 2011 have until Friday to submit claims under the national settlement with several mortgage lenders.
Attorney General Chris Koster says the settlement applies to loans that were serviced by Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Citi or GMAC/Ally. Claimants should have received a claim form, and the document must be postmarked by Friday.
Koster says Missouri residents who believe they're eligible but have not received a claim form should contact the settlement administrator at 1-866-430-8358.
