WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (KSDK) - A Methamphetamine ring was exposed in Southern Illinois resulting in a 216 month prison sentence for a Pittsburg man.
Christopher Norris, 30, is responsible for the manufacture of 840 grams of methamphetamine across Williamson, Jackson, and Franklin counties.
Norris was convicted for providing pseudoephedrine pills to others for use in the production of methamphetamine, in addition to home invasion and theft.
The court determined these acts to be violent.
Three co-defendants pled guilty to their role in the methamphetamine distribution as well, and are awaiting sentencing.
An ongoing investigation is being conducted by local and federal law enforcement.
