Chris Thetford of the BBB talks about retailers charging for credit card use

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Stores can now make you pay to use your credit card at the checkout in some states, and we're talking about as much as four percent.

That's on top of taxes and the cost of what you're buying.

This new rules started on Sunday.

Missouri and Illinois are taking part in the surcharges.

Chris Thetford of the Better Business Bureau joined First @ 4 to talk about this sudden charge.
