ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - Charges have been filed after a woman was found dead inside her O'Fallon, Mo. home.

Dorothy Hall, 55, was found shot to death inside her home on Downing around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday.

The St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's Office has charged 63-year-old Terry Glenn Culberson, also of O'Fallon, with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

An investigation revealed Culberson had made threats on Monday to harm Hall and her family. It was also discovered Culberson was the only person inside of her home before her death.

Culberson fled the area in his vehicle, a 2008 Red Ford Fusion with a Missouri plate of PE0F9U.

He is not in custody and should be considered armed.  Anyone who has seen him should call 911.

A cash-only bond has been set for $500,000.
