(KSDK Sports) --The road continues to be the thorn in the perverbial side for the University of Missouri Tigers men's basketball team.  Perhaps a little home cooking will help right the ship and save the Tiger's chances of playing meaningful basketball in March.

The Tigers return to their home court tonight in Columbia where they are unbeaten. Missouri is 5-4 in the SEC, tied for fifth place in the conference, and 13-0 at Mizzou Arena.  Missouri is averaging 75.7 points, 13.5 assists, and they are shooting 44.7 percent while defensively they are allowing 66.4 points, 11.5 assists, and their opponents are shooting 40.4 percent.

Laurence Bowers is averaging 15.5 points and 6.2 rebounds, Phil Pressey is averaging 12.2 points and 7.0 assists, and Alex Oriakhi is averaging 10.6 points and 8.2 rebounds. With their abysmal road record home wins are increasingly important for Mizzou.

Unlike the Tigers, The Ole Miss Rebels have found a way to win on the road, 5 wins to be exact and they are 1-1 against teams ranked in the top 25, and they are tied for second place in the SEC just a game behind the Gators.

As a team Ole Miss is averaging 79.9 points, 13 assists, and they are shooting 43.6 percent while defensively they are allowing 66.1 points, 12.8 assists, and their opponents are shooting 40 percent.

Marshall Henderson is averaging 20 points, Murphy Holloway is averaging 15 points and 10 rebounds, and Reginald Buckner is averaging 9.7 points and 7.7 rebounds. Ole Miss plays three of their next four including this one on the road.
