ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - Many people have started to adopt the paleo lifestyle, and NewsChannel 5's Scott Connell went live Monday morning from a bakery that specializes in paleo treats.
The Organic Cave is located in New Town in St. Charles County. The bakery makes treats without certain ingredients in order to comply with paleo diets. The eliminated ingredients are mainly gluten, grains, soy, and dairy.
