ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - It's the weekend many love; the start of daylight saving time on Sunday at 2 a.m. means an extra hour of sunlight in the evenings.

But turning the clocks ahead one hour can also confuse your internal clock, and mess up your sleep schedule.

Dr. Thomas Siler with the SSM Center for Sleep Disorders joined First @ 4 to talk about ways to help yourself this weekend.
