EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (KSDK) - Illinois State Police and U.S. Marshals are at a home in East St. Louis after a reported shootout.
Authorities are at the home at 22nd and St. Clair after receiving a call about a shooting around 2:30 a.m. There is blood leading up to the home and shell casings on the ground.
Police had to get a search warrant to enter the home because they feared someone was injured inside. Nobody was found inside the home, but multiple guns were recovered.
The guns are being processed by police.
