ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged a 34-year-old Lake St. Louis man last week for allegedly using a prosthetic penis in an attempt to beat probation drug test.
According to Erik Lawrenz, spokesman for the St. Charles Police Department, an officer noticed Sydney Levin using the fake penis, a product known as a "Whizzinator," to pass a fake urine sample during a mandatory drug test.
Sydney Levin was charged March 21 with possession of a forging instrument.
Levin posted $25,000 bond on March 22 and was released.
