ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KSDK) - One person is in custody after bomb threats were called in to two Lindenwood University campuses.
The school sent out a security alert stating a non-specific bomb threat was called in to the switchboard, followed by another threat to a different Lindenwood location.
Officials contacted the St. Charles Police Department, and the threat was determined to not be credible.
The person who made the phone call was identified and taken into custody.
Lindenwood students and staff were never in danger, and the alert says if the threat had been credible, students, faculty, and staff would have been notified and necessary steps would have been taken to maintain campus security.
