ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - About 4,200 hundred of the NFL's former players are suing the league over concussion linked injuries.
Some are battling dementia, and depression, and they fault the league for rushing them back on the field after concussions.
Kyle Turley, a former St. Louis Rams player, is one of those 4,200.
A doctor told NewsChannel 5's Frank Cusumano this week that if you reviewed the brains of 25 former NFL players who played on the line, all 25 would have some type of brain disease.
Kyle Turley is now a musician living in Nashville, and some of his music pertains to the plight and pain of former players.
