PEVELY, Mo. (KSDK) - A 57-year-old Pevely woman is the latest million-dollar winner after successfully matching 5 numbers from a recent Powerball drawing.

Mona Diss purchased her ticket from Mobil On The Run on Highway Z ahead of the June 8 drawing. She didn't realize she won until store employees encouraged her to check her tickets while on a return visit.

The winning Powerball numbers for the June 8 drawing were: 2, 11, 22, 26 and 32, with the red Powerball being 19. Diss matched the 5 non-Powerball numbers. The prize is paid in a lump sum, so Diss will receive a check for $710,000 after taxes. The Mobil On The Run location will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Diss is the 19th person to win a Match 5 prize in Missouri since the Powerball game changed in early 2012.

Mona Diss said she's considering buying a new car with her winnings.
