BRISTOL, Conn. (WFSB/CNN) - A confrontation over loud music may have led a Connecticut man to his death.
It happened at a house in Bristol, where police say about six people were celebrating a birthday. Relatives say Jerry Duncan went next door to ask the neighbors to turn down their loud music.
Police say that's when Duncan was stabbed after an argument with another man, Jeffrey Hall.
Other neighbors on the street say the music was quite loud.
"I only heard it for a few minutes. I heard it for a few minutes and then it went off and then it just sounded like people were having a good time," said neighbor Justin Bidwell.
Duncan died from his stab wounds at a local hospital.
Hall is now charged with murder and being held on a $1.5 million bond.
