ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Two people face charges relating to three robberies, area shootings and using a stolen debit card, according to a spokesman for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's office.
The Circuit Attorney issued a warrant for attempted stealing for Lyling Ou, 29, of St. Louis, and warrants for assault, robbery and armed criminal action for Khaek Sisavath, 32, of St. Louis.
Police arrested Ou and Sisavath Wednesday.
The first incident happened Monday around 8:19 p.m. in the 3700 block of Nebraska. The victim was shot. The second incident happened an hour later in the 3900 block of Fairview. That victim was robbed and shot. The third incident happened less than 10 minutes later in the 4800 block of Oleatha. That victim was robbed.
Police released surveillance images earlier this week of a woman who had been accused of using a debit card that was stolen from one of the robberies.
Ou is being held on $10,000 bond, and Sisavath is being held on a $200,000 cash-only bond.
