Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - After a lopsided loss to Gonzaga in its season-opener, West Virginia bounced back with an 87-44 win over Marist on Thursday in the Old Spice Classic.

Eron Harris poured in a game-high 15 points and Jabarie Hinds added 11 for the Mountaineers (1-1), who will play the winner of Vanderbilt versus Davidson on Friday.

Terry Henderson dropped in 14 points, while transfers Matt Humphrey and Aaric Murray each netted 10 in the victory.

Isaiah Morton had 10 points and six assists for the Red Foxes (1-3).

WVU shot a blistering 52.9 percent (36-for-68) from the floor, including 5- for-9 from 3-point range, while holding Marist to just 27.1 percent efficiency (13-for-48).
