St. Louis (KSDK) -- From solar panels to signs and the way you print tickets, fans will notice some improvements at Busch Stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals home opener.
The 106 solar panels are located on the roof of the ticket building and a concessino canpoy in Ford Plaza. They will produce enough electricity to power all the retail stores at Busch for a year.
There is also new food available on the main concourse that you probably aren't used to eating at a ballpark. Some dishes include, noodles, sliders, and specialty bratwurst.
In the Cardinals Team Store, you can "Go Gold" with the Cardinals. The Cardinals will take the field in special gold-lettered World Series uniforms for the home opener. Gold Program apparel is available in the Team Store.
There's also hundreds of items in the store that won't break the bank. Some souvenirs sell for as low as $1.
