ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Despite Friday's loss, fans are sticking by their team.

There was some disappointment among fans leaving Busch Stadium this afternoon, but, people tell NewsChannel 5 they're confident the Cards will bounce back. And fans say they're going to do what they can to help make that happen.

On Friday, people poured into downtown, decked out, to show their team spirit. Fans sported everything from Cardinals mohawks to superfan eyeglasses, which their owners promise are lucky.

A man who goes by "Bleacher Bob" has watched the Cardinal Nation fashion trends evolve throughout the decades. He's been sitting next to the same season ticket holders since 1998.

"I've got a different family down in the bleachers, people I've met through the years. We all sit together, know one another and consider ourselves family," said "Bleacher" Bob Childers.
