St. Louis (KSDK) -- A new era begins for the St. Louis Blues Thursday.
The team's new ownership group will be officially announced at a press conference at 11 a.m. at the Scottrade Center.
The names in the group have deep St. Louis roots. It will be headed by Tom Stillman who has had a minority stake in the organization since 2007. He's the CEO of Summit Distributing, the second largest beer distributor in Missouri.
Stillman serves on the boards of the St. Louis Blues 14 Fund, Commerce Bank, the St. Louis Sports Commission and the Nature Conservancy in Missouri.
Andy Taylor is the CEO of Enterprise Holdings.
Jerry Kent is the President and CEO of Cequel III and the co-founder of Charter Communications.
Donn Lux is the President and CEO of LuxCo, an independent distributor of wine and spirits.
A fifth member of the team has not been made public.
The sale price of the team is believed to be around $130-million.
